Well, if you (and your friends, say) generally agree that it's acceptable to sleep with any post-pubescent person, but not with any pre-pubescent person, that would be an uncommon lay definition of statutory rape, no?

I don't disagree with the English usage, but the pun deserves immediate imposition of the death penalty, no appeal allowed.
