I think it will turn out fine, if noting else because all the pictures show the sheer joy of the people getting married. It's hard to say something negative about such love and happiness, and not be shown as a bigot.
Exactly, and it puts actual human faces on the argument rather than leaving it up to people's fevered imaginations. Gavin Newsome struck a mighty blow with this move. I wonder if he had any idea just how powerful it would be. I believe that he just cemented his political future, and it's a very bright one.
