Re: Misdirection

I really don't see much here to criticize Kevin for. Politics is a two-way feedback, politicians respond to the public but also try to shape perception themselves. That's why Lott is a piece of trash.

Not criticism, so much as a friendly reminder ;)

Let me see if I can help you out.

First it could be the American people have already made up their mind and won't be convenced to change. I'll over look the fact the Dems candidate can't pull away in the polls despite all the negitive news out of Iraq, which speaks for itself.

You also have this problem.

"former counter-terrorism czar" I'll give him a pass.

"the former Supreme Allied Commander of Nato, the former commander of American troops in the Mid-East. FIRED by Clinton. By Clarks own admission in his book it was because he played both ends against the middle. He'd wear one hat for Clinton, say "Yes Sir" then turn around put on his NATO hat and tell the direct opposite to the heads of NATO, undercutting Americas policy because he didn't believe in Clintons strategy. (he thought it was too soft BTW)

"the guy who brought peace to the frigging Balkans"

Part of the answer is in the previous statement, Too soft. Thought everything had a legal remedy. Relied too much on gaining a Israel/Palestinian peace to the exclusion of terrorism.

Simple really
