I have no 12-inches or 7-inches of any sort, nor do I even have a turntable. My hair is artlessly curly. I think ogged may have been fooled by the fact that I was wearing descript clothing. Plus, hipsters travel in packs, and I, alas, am more or less without acquaintanceship following the post-college diaspora of my friends (none of whom was a hipster).
Seriously, I don't know how people get this impression. Am I obnoxious? Do I swill PBR whilst wearing a trucker cap? Am I now or have I ever listened to Franz Ferdinand? I will be calumniated no longer!
There's a gnostic element to hipsterdom which I shall never attain.
