That does sound like a great sandwich. More to try than to have regularly though; I can't say I'm a huge fan of chicken skin.
But mayo, yeah, I put it on everything lately.

Here's a tip for you, oggedeleh—don't buy your gribenes from a mohel. They're too chewy.
