Re: What Am I Doing At Work At 10PM?

Sleeveless, surely, not shirtless. The underarms were also noted at the Super Bowl party I attended.

I actually missed the SuperBowl. I was doing absolutely everything I could to avoid listening to the conversation short of (1) sticking my fingers in my ears and saying "Lalalalala, I can't hear you," or (2) making a leap for the window and crashing 29 floors to the street below. So confusing sleeveless and shirtless is a real possibility.

Since I can't comment on an old thread without waiting for approval, I will say here that it is indeed massively cool that Chris Aubry emailed you.

5: Thanks! (I think once a comment is approved on an old thread, the thread stays open for a little bit.)

Triceps are often underdeveloped. Simply extend your arms above your head, clasp your hands, and lower them behind your neck. With or without a dumbbell, although most people should be able to handle weight.. Laying on a bench this also develops your upper chest.

I am only about ten years younger than Jagger and my triceps look like my biceps.

Who got billed for that conversation?

The gluteus maximus is neglected by most body builders, but Kirby Puckett was not "most body builders".

Damn, several comments too late, as pjs gets to the important question. FYI, I always liked the Jane's Addiction song "Standing in the Shower, Thinking About Which Client Gets Billed For This Time."

Emerson is kidding or ill-informed. The gluteus maximus and medius are easily developed with the various squats, lunges, and side floor kicks. After the press and curl, the squat is among the most common weight rep.

Caution! Squats are the most common injury causing weight exercise, and must be performed with near perfect form to avoid lower back damage. Barbell squats are not recommended for any but those with long experience. Lunges can be performed with the forward foot on a chair or otherwise elevated, and simply rocking forward with a straight back will create the desired burn.

Among British vulgarians, this condition is known as "bingo wings", because of its prevalence among middle aged women in the North who play bingo.

2 -- Actually these midtown skyscrapers have pretty thick windows. Difficult to jump through, you would more likely bounce off. Which I'm thinking would at least change the topic of conversation.

The ones with the red reflectors are rumored to break free when 50 pounds of pressure are applied. (So, if you do the bouncing-off thing to perk up the conversation, choose the window with care.)
