At 15 minutes, the audio degrades in a way that doesn't seem to be intentional. Is it intentional?

Not so far it isn't.

I'm really glad I googled before I said it sounded like a sermon. I should have recognized the voice.

I could do without the soundtrack, but great sermon and good post.

In other music news, Wisconsin man cited for 'rocking out' to John Denver.

Was the citation for noise, or for judgment?

Ah, national news.

I love watching people who can't control their facial expressions while listening to music, partly because I know I do this and I hope it's as charming as it looks on others. I especially like that involuntary-looking head-back, pre-orgasmic smile. And you know it's something objectively dorky or shitty.

Who is that? The Art Ensemble of Chicago?

It's John Hollenbeck and two trombonists, from Hollenbeck's No Images.

Looks as if the trombonists are Tim Sessions and Ray Anderson.
