One of my friends, no matter what he's talking about, tapers his sentences off into a mumble, ending with "and stuff." Like: I think I'll go to the store to buy some mumble mumble and stuff.

Former coworker says "and everything" or "'n'everything" where most people would pause, breathe, or say "uhhh". Also way way way overexplains things to provide lots and lots of chances to say it. Like, if I gave you a transcript you'd think I'd fabricated it. It's maddening.
