Loaded this post into Notepad++ so I could quickly see the parentheses match.

I find the Pundits of We to be almost universally annoying, be that detached or not. Although I also found the linked post somewhat pretentious.

I find myself trying to come up with some orienting details such that the anonymous we would be prosacially deflated and/or immersed in the greater culture.

"We found ourselves contemplating the role of continental philosophy in the academy as we sat on a gas station john shitting out this nasty donut that was obviously a mistake to eat since it had been sitting there at least all day and anyhow that was not a clean enough highway rest stop to consider buying food, and thought again of that moment where we discovered Heidegger in the original"
