I think you can generally guess by the quality of the photography (ie, clarity, etc) but they also stick some really bad scans in there, so it's not a given.
I don't care what they say. If it's full frontal view of somebody not wearing any clothes and there is not even any object in the picture, it's either porn or art. It can't be fashion because there's just a body and a grey backdrop.

1 is basically right. I never got more than 2 so maybe other images are different but if they're trying to make a point about fashion and porn the point seems to be that the two look so different that the only way to make them seem similar is to crop images in misleading ways.

Huh, I had the opposite reaction. Clearly the images are cropped in such a way as to sway your choice, but I gathered that the point was to show that they're not that different. Like, if you rock out with your cock out, it's porn unless you're surrounded by expensive sneakers, in which case it's fashion.
Clearly the points, as with all quizzes like this, is that they're not as different as you might think. Obviously they are somewhat different, especially in things like lighting and image composition, which is presumably why they do the cropping.

It's not totally clear to me if the overall point is that fashion includes more naked people than you'd expect, or that porn has better photography than you'd expect, but both seem to be true.
