Yes, it was a fun article. I wonder if it persuaded Kennedy enough to get a 5-3 to overturn, or if the weak applesauce was enough to salve his conscience.

What a shame it took Scalia so long to die.

I thought the last line of the article was terrible. Pres. Obama selected half of the team that provided the whoop-ass. Why on earth would have difficulty repeating that?

Incidentally, argument on the net today, probably Slate, that Republicans will not confirm any Clinton appointments, will wait for RBG to leave, and win cases 4-3. Optimistic about Kennedy, I suppose.
