One of the things I love about multiplayer games is playing against people in other countries. Maybe because playing a game is kind of intimate and private, it has more of a making the world small effect for me than, say, emailing someone in another country.

Yeah, it's on iOS and I play it sometimes. Not so much anymore, because when you get to be the biggest blob, then it becomes a battle against entropy and thanks, that's a bit too real-life for me.
