Those photos are so sad. Luckily, I imagine it would be relatively easy to sell regardless of the shape of the house as long as it's insurable. (We needed a new roof and struggled to find an insurer even with quotes for repair in hand and sufficient cash to do it as soon as the sale closed.)
If anyone was considering donating but hasn't yet, they're veeeery close to their goal and now would be a great time.
