I'm not switching teams or anything, but the Guardian article never actually specifies what evidence they have for these claims, apart from the fact that several prisoners died under suspicious circumstances and the stories of the ex-detainees. Given the accuracy of the refugee reports that helped get us in to the Iraq mess in the first place, we might want to see what other support there is...
You're right. It's not clear if they're relying on the prisoner accounts or the report they say is forthcoming, or just making it up. Still, I consider you a traitor to the cause.
