And, as I recall, Bistro Elan isn't even that good.
Right off the top of my head, I can think of three good and cheap places to eat in Palo Alto, and maybe 10 more within a 15 minute drive.

Yeah, but all those vested Google shares just became listed securities, therefore "cheap" has taken on a new meaning.
I think I should retract my statement on Bistro Elan. I was thinking of a different joint. The remainder of the statement about actual cheap places to eat stands.
Google local has always sucked compared to the (not very good) yp.yahoo.com. Basically all this tells us is that even "upgraded" it probably still sucks.
