The best one was definitely Bush's use of the phrase "Weapons of Mass Destruction"

He never shortened it to WMD (probably tested better this way). Not once.

But, during the Tim Russert interview, Bush said he knew Saddam had "Weapons." Not "weapons of mass destruction" this time, just weapons.

Same thing with the Kerry debate. He said "He[Saddam] had the capability of making weapons and he would have made weapons."

Same thing with Libya "Libya was a threat. Libya is now peacefully dismantling its weapons programs."

Not WMD programs, just weapons.

The distinction is intentional.

Considering that Cheney feels a robust resume of govt. experience is a pre-requsite for an top executive position in govt. I am suprised that he is not calling for Gov. Schwartzenegger to resign...
