You saw this though, didn't you, which as far as I can tell is not a hoax, although it should be. I can't remember where I saw it first, but as soon as I read it I was sure I would also see it on unfogged, since it's a twofer wrt Ogged's interests: crazy rightwingers & your man Bob Dylan.

I did see that, Mitch, it's awesome! I wanted to blog it, but I had just done a bunch of posts about stupid red America and I thought one more would have been one too many. (Behind the scenes, restraint!) The amazing thing in that story, I think, is that the school administration had no problem with the song, it was other parents who complained and got the Secret Service involved.

My parents used to have a station wagon with 666 on the license plate. People made comments about it all the time. It broke down a lot, so we called it "The Beast." I don't think it was the Antichrist, though.
