Re: This Makes Sense, I Promise

How many times do you check your referrer logs in a night? That is pretty impressive.

God damn Canadians.

I check referrers probably ten times in a day (I think that shows restraint, but you'll have to ask other bloggers to be sure).

This is what guilty was doing.

I was outwitted on timestamps.

It wasn't actually meant to make fun of you. It was a product of serious procrastination and memories of Ecce Homo.

See I was just trying to compare you to a less syphilitic Nietzsche.

I did appreciate the allusion to Nietzsche, I guess I'm grateful for that. Now get back to work.

I must say I'm glad the timestamps don't show the day of the week. I don't think I could handle the embarrassment of having people find out that I often sometimes comment on Friday nights.

Only insecure people are concerned to show how busy they are on Friday and Saturday nights.

I find there's something more pleasantly transgressive about going out during the week, and staying out a teensy bit later than is healthy for your sleep.

i read somewhere that superstars party during the week just to show they can; only working stiffs go out on the weekends. in my dissipation, i cannot think of a single night i remain at home with any frequency.
