The vagina looks more like a wine bottle, or actually like some of the 350ml eau-de-vie bottles one sees (thinner all round, less of a shoulder). It's the truncation at the bottom.
An alternate interpretation would make the flowers the anus (the ol' brown rose, mm-hmm) and the area between the flowers and the bottom of the vagina the perineum.
