Naturally, one finds some rightwing blogs responding by sneering at everything from how wimpy the CIA is, as everyone knows, to the obvious political agenda in leaking an NIE, which is pure waffle, anyway, the cowards. More or less.
Joyner, who is is usually quite good, asserts (in the trackbacked post) that any determined country with a few billion dollars can have an atomic bomb in a couple of years. This of course suggests that Iran and a great many other countries already have bombs and we just don't know about it.
