The Sunday Times has more clips (I think that's the whole thing in 5 parts, but I haven't watched it) and a write-up. Looks like no one has been able to figure out what they're saying.

There's no sound, but the Sunday Times article says that they're reading from a paper visibly labeled "The Will" (i.e., last will and testament) in Arabic.
