This FiOS connection, I gather that it is fast?

And the man's just trying to get the word out about dragons. Nothing crazy about that.

Gotta admire the dude's focus. "I'm on tv, and you're going to hear about my novel and my philosophy, interview be damned."

Fox News, bringing us the news that matters by interviewing crazy people.

Seriously though, no wonder everyone hates that guy. He's the type you end up wanting to kill because every day is "I'm not paying tuition just to have you derail every fucking class with your ravings."

Careful, apo, or Brock Landers will start lecturing you.

But anyway, it's the interviewer I'm really laughing at. "How you likin' that job now that they make you interview this guy, huh?"

Because solipsism is true, it is my philosophy. My philosophy is that since solipsism is true, I am the only consciousness, which is the only one I am aware of, which is the definition of solipsism. Therefore, I have a philosophy of solipsism in which it is true that I am God. Q.E.D., man.

I'm not making any claims, but I have FIOS, and I did click in from ObWi last night. I think I show up with 3 different IP addresses, depending on which computer I use. (Right now I'm on my laptop, with wireless. Slower, but upstairs.) I don't live in DC, but can throw a rock from my back door into the District.

Just a lurker.

Actually, I've left a comment or two under this handle before, but given the recent discussion of handles I was contemplating changing it. Inspiration did not strike, and so I decided against it.

sorry oztk, now I feel bad. I thought, what if he/she's a lurker, and only now mustered up the courage to comment, and I'm derailing his/her incredible job-destroying timesink illustrious commenting future at unfogged? because I love lurkers. c'mere lurkers, I'm going to give you all a big hug, ya loveable unmemorable handle-havin' goombahs.

I don't know whether to be flattered that BW remembers me, or be suspicious that he's just acting nice to lure other unsuspecting lurkers out into the open so that he can eviscerate their grammar.

And I knew that LB was one of us, but not Husband X. We're everywhere.

I presume that I'm the only Montana State alum who's commented enough to get a fruit basket. We're generally a serious lot -- the motto was Education for Efficiency when I went -- and the extent to which I'm an outlier in that respect is nowhere better demonstrated than in this exact spot.
