I'm intrigued by the idea of a brunch spot built around trashy gothic paperback melodramas, but this place strangely seems to be totally normcore. But then, why call it Flowers in the Attic? In a surprise twist ending to the evening, my bus simply drove right past me as I waited in the rain. I was at the stop, mask on, looking expectantly. Driver just DGAF I guess.

In another twist, I was going to take a Lyft but it turned out to be very expensive and requiring a long wait. The Lyft app itself mapped out a bus route home for me that I was not aware of and got me home in like 25 minutes.
